Instructor Bio:

- I am the proud parent of 4 grown and equipped children.
- Educator for over 25 years, working to teach and motivate students and their parents, Speaker and Coach
- I developed the All Done Day plan as a response to my personal frustration of my own lazy, unmotivated kids, chaos in my home, and being tired of being a nagging mom. I wanted to parent with the “end in mind” and had looked around for some help – a book or a plan to do this on a daily basis and came up empty. So I created an experiment of daily personalized plans for each of my kids, filled with purpose-driven targets and meaningful tasks that would equip them with life skills that I believed would be essential. I linked these to great incentives that motivated them and gave them ownership in their daily successes. My experiment was a surprising WIN for our whole family.
